We strive to make your appointments with us relaxing, enjoyable and prompt. To help us achieve this,
we have the following policies in place:
By making any purchase from Body by Zerona (online or in the office or elsewhere), you are agreeing to adhere to the following policies and terms: These policies and terms are applicable for all purchases. Appointments are required and are subject to availability. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis. All Programs are pre-paid and non-refundable. All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds (full or partial) for any reason. We do not offer any type of reimbursement or price adjustments or refunds for price differences based on various promotional offers that we may run. A $25 rescheduling fee will be billed (and if not automatically charged and paid), will be due before next session for EACH missed, cancelled or changed appointment. Fee must be paid prior to receiving the next session or Client may choose to forfeit that visit completely. All services must be used by same Client; cannot be shared, given, split or transferred. Programs can only be used on one body area. A 12 Session Program cannot be split into two 6 Session Programs to be used on different body areas. If you wish to have more than one body area treated, seperate Programs must be purchased. Must be 18 or over. Zerona Sessions must be used consecutively 3 times per week - every other day - Monday/Wednesday/Friday. (Exa. 9 LipoLaser Session Package must be used consecutively within a 3 week time period (3 times a week for 3 weeks), the 12 LipoLaser Session Package must be used consecutively within a 4 week time period (3 times a week for 4 weeks). Our office hours and days are subject to change without prior notice. Unused sessions cannot be used at a later date. Gift Card purchases cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions cannot be combined. If not otherwise noted, purchases expire 4 months after purchase date. This agreement supercedes any prior agreements.
*If you schedule a Zerona Consult and are a no show for your appointment,
or cancel/change your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 fee per
*After a Zerona Package has been purchased, if you are a no show for your appointment or cancel/change your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 fee per changed/missed visit. Thank you.
*For Zerona Session Scheduling - Scheduling for the actual Zerona Sessions are
done during your Consult. Due to the very high demand for appointment times of
4:00 pm and later, there is a surcharge fee for all Zerona Session Programs scheduled
after 4:00 pm. This will be covered during your Consult.
* If you schedule a Facial and are a no show for your appointment, or cancel/change your
appointment, you will be subject to a $25 fee per changed/missed visit.
